Microsoft Internet Mail To check or correct your information in Microsoft Internet Mail (supplied to you by Access2000), open Internet Mail, click on the "Mail" menu, choose "Options", click the "Server" tab and you'll see this:
In the "Email Address:" space, be sure you've entered your email address correctly. It should be in the format show in this graphic. In the "Account Name:" space, be sure you've entered your username correctly. Also, in the "Password:" space, be sure you've entered your password correctly. Remember that your password will show up as "******" and not words. Be very careful to type this correctly. Another reason you could be having troubles receiving your email could be that the sender is not actually sending the mail. Sometimes people write messages and don't actually send them. Either they are unfamiliar with their email utility, they simply forget, or their service provider's mail server isn't functioning properly. Also you could be having troubles receiving your email because of our mail server. While we constantly run maintenance checks, there could be occasions when something is not working properly.
