Access 2000 has been informed of the problems with sending e-mail to Mindspring e-mail addresses. Recently Mindspring made some changes to their servers. Mindspring informed us that we are not compliant with their new settings. We are working on this problem to clear it up as quickly as possible. A short term fix is to change your out-going mail server to 18.104.22.168. This will allow you to send messages to all accounts including Mindspring. We apologize for any problems this is causing you.

There have been some problems with sending e-mail to America On line for some time. The problem has been fixed. You may refer to The AOL fix page to see what changes need to be made to your e-mail program.
To better server our customers and potential customers we have recently decided to upgrade our news server. We apologize for any inconvenience that you may experience during the upgrade. If you have any questions or concerns please email us at email@example.com.
Recently our Technical Support staff has asked you to use different dial in numbers to insure connections during our equipment upgrades.
All users should now use the following numbers according to their modem brand name and type.
All US Robotics modems including X2 must dial in to 252-5596.
All other brand modems including K56flex must dial 252-4638.
This will take effect immediately. You are allowed to use whichever
number you desire but we recommend the specifications above. If you need help on changing your dial up
